When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KNWCC reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order for any lawful reason. An order is not accepted until KNWCC confirms acceptance and successfully processes payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after production begins, especially for personalized or custom-made products.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided with the order.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
