Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized and custom orders may take 7–10 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

Economy: 7–10 business days
Standard: 5–7 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days
Express: 1–2 business days
Shipping is carried out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected method. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
