Refund policy

At K&W Custom Creations, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted products made with care and attention to detail. Because our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect customization submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, remake, or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
